Kahurangi Māori Dance Theatre
Today we had the Kahurangi Māori Dance Theatre visit Newbury School. The crew taught us about the different Taonga (treasures) that are important to Māori e.g. mountains, rivers, pounamu (greenstone), tribal areas and canoes. Our learners thoroughly enjoyed the performance!
